Dear colleagues,

It will be a great pleasure to receive you for the Swiss Laser Day 2021, which will be preceded by the Laser Basic Course. The events will take place on November 19th and 20th, 2021 in Basel, Switzerland.

This is the fourth year of the Swiss Laser Day, an event under the patronage of the Swiss Society of Dermatology and Venereology (SGVD). The theme chosen for this edition is Fractional Technologies. We will cover different dermatological indications, from the treatment of diseases, scars, to their aesthetic use. The program will also encompass the use of drug delivery, discussing new concepts on this subject.

As in 2020, the Swiss Laser Day will be preceded by a Laser Basic Course. The introductory course covers basic concepts of laser use in Dermatology and is aimed at physicians who want to start using the technique or refresh their knowledge. This day-long course involves a theoretical morning program followed by a practical afternoon, with treatment stations of different laser technologies. This will take place at our clinic near the station in Basel.

The Congress will feature not only renowned Swiss speakers, but also important international names in Laser Dermatology.

We are looking forward to meeting you for this amazing event!

See you on 19-20th November!

Dr. Roberta Vasconcelos-Berg, MD-PhD
President of the Congress
